DEXIT GLOBAL Limited wishes to inform its customers, clients, business partners, vendors, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, government agencies and all other stakeholders that, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and upon issuance of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, the Company’s name was changed from NSEIT Limited to DEXIT GLOBAL Limited with effect from 1 April 2025.

As part of the Company’s ongoing transition to its new corporate identity, this Public Notice is being issued to reaffirm that DEXIT GLOBAL Limited is the same legal entity that was formerly known as NSEIT Limited, and that the change relates solely to the Company’s name.

The change of name has not resulted in the creation of a new legal entity and does not affect the Company’s corporate existence, rights, obligations, assets, liabilities, contracts, approvals, certifications, registrations, licences or business operations.

Accordingly:

• All statutory registrations, licences, certifications and approvals held by the Company continue to remain effective, subject to updates reflecting the Company’s present name wherever applicable.
• References to NSEIT Limited in existing agreements, records or documents shall, where applicable, be construed as references to DEXIT GLOBAL Limited.

Stakeholders are requested to take note that all present and future correspondence, contractual documentation, invoices, purchase orders, payments and official communications should be made in the name of DEXIT GLOBAL Limited.

Please note that the change in the Company’s name is accompanied by a corresponding update to its corporate identity, including its logo and branding to align with the new name.
