Function: Production Support
Location: Mumbai
Job Profile:
- Experience in Production Support /Application Support.
- Handson Experience of Relational Databases (either Postgres or Oracle)
- SQL Queries,
- Handson Experience of Jboss App server/ Weblogic/ Tomcat Apache required
- Knowledge of basic Networking terms like telnet, ping, netstat, LAN, WAN
Qualification Detail:
- Any Technical Graduate
Experience Details:
- 8 to 10 years of experience into Production support
- Experience in supervising the Team of 8+ members and delegate tasks as needed.
- Experience in effectively handling and resolving escalated issues.
- Experience in Audits & Documentation
- Must have knowledge in Application deployment & troubleshooting, Databases ,
- Windows Server Operating System.
- Technical knowledge required in Jboss , Wildfly, Weblogic , IIS , PostgreSQL, MS-SQL , Oracle
- Required basic know of Networking
- Good communication skill
