Chairman & Director

Yatrik Vin served as the Group CFO & Head Corporate Affairs of the National Stock Exchange. He was also the Managing Director & CEO of NSE Investments Limited.

With over 38 years of leadership in Capital Markets, Vin has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s financial infrastructure. He has been instrumental in building and positioning NSE as one of the world’s largest and most successful exchanges, contributing over 25 years to its growth. He has nurtured companies across diverse sectors and served on numerous Boards, driving strategic direction, governance, and sustainable growth.

His core expertise spans strategic finance, corporate governance, risk management, M&A, and regulatory policy. He has also played key roles in national and international policy-making forums.

He holds a Master’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University, is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an alumnus of Kellogg School of Business, USA.

Recognized for his contributions, he has been named among India’s “Top 100 CFOs,” and was honored as “Most Influential CFO of India” by CIMA, UK.

A recipient of multiple accolades, he was honoured with the Karamveer Puraskar (2009-10) by iCONGO and the Most Promising Entrepreneur Award at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (2009).

He has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and financial services sectors and has been a key leadership team member for conceptualizing & operationalizing the National Stock Exchange India Limited (NSEIL). As Chief of Special Projects at NSEIL, he led initiatives focused on international business development and future technology collaborations. He was a member of the Technology advisory committee of NSDL, PXIL & NPCI.
Under his leadership as MD & CEO of NSEIT Limited, now known as DEXIT GLOBAL Limited , he transformed it into one of India’s leading Digital Examination organizations.
He has also featured in Forbes India Magazine, March 2020 as one of Modern India’s Game Changers.

He has 17 +years of experience in the Education sector and has been part of the CL Group since 2001, holding various designations and joined CLEIS in 2008. Prior to this he was also associated with Wipro and Dharma Systems.

Krishnan has been driving business excellence for over 19 years at NSEIT Limited. In 2025 he took over as President & CEO, DEXIT Global Limited (Formerly known as NSEIT Limited)

Prior to NSEIT, he worked at Microworld Technologies Inc. handling channel partners and developing markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia & USA

At NSEIT he has built the business for Enterprise Software Solution and was instrumental in setting up NSEIT US Inc. In 2015 he took over the Digital Examination SBU and grew it into a 100+ Crore business.

His career with 26+ years of experience has seen him effectively lead high business impact teams across areas of Software Business Strategy and Roadmap, Technology Thought Leadership, Solution architecture, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, Big Data Analytics, User Experience (UX), Exchange and Brokerage solutions, Cloud-based solution architecture, Technology deployment for large integrated solutions, Technology COE creation, Business Devpt support for multiple geographies. His prior work experience includes a Leadership Role at MCX as CIO , IEX and Mphasis.

Prior to joining DEXIT Global Limited (Formerly known as NSEIT Limited ), he was with Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, Pramerica Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Orbitech Solutions Limited.

Chintan has a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani. Professionally he is also 6 Sigma Certified with a background in ISO & Business Excellence Audit

A Chartered Accountant by profession with over 12 years+ of experience in corporate finance, capital markets and strategic financial leadership.

Prior to joining DEXIT GLOBAL Limited, he was the CFO of NSE IFSC Limited (a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India), where he played a key role in capital raising, financial governance, and global partnerships for 7 years. Additionally, he has successfully managed & led various portfolios in areas of finance at NSE with expertise in IPO, M&A, group financial consolidation, regulatory engagements, etc.

He has also been awarded the ICAI Business Leader 40 Under 40 Award (2025) and the ICAI Excellence Award (2017).
